Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Services

Miniflora Landscape provides landscaping design, installation, and maintenance services. The scope of work will be defined in a separate project agreement signed by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Typically, a 50% advance is required before project commencement, with the balance due upon completion.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Miniflora Landscape provides all services and materials on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. All living materials, including but not limited to plants, turf, grass, and trees, are provided without any warranty or guarantee of survival. We do not provide any structural, material, or operational warranties on installations once project handover has been completed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Miniflora Landscape's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather or negligence by the client.
